Deal, Newton Harvey, 1919-1970

Newton Harvey Deal was a graduate of E.C.T.C. and Peabody College for Teachers. He served as a reference librarian at University of Virginia, 1951-1965; he was assistant director of libraries at the University of Cincinnati, 1965-1968; and director of libraries at Virginia Commonwealth University, 1968 until his death in 1970. ...
